We are a group of highly qualified and experienced therapists who provide quality mental health care. As a healing collective, we assist members by providing therapy, energy healing, coaching, and more. We help our clients figure out what kind of therapy is best suited to them and connect with one of our therapists who can provide healing space online or in-person.

Providing a safe space for Healing
Our Rates
Talk Therapy
Online or in-person, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts, current and past experiences. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.
Specialised Trauma Therapy
Online or in-person, this is a deeper exploration and healing process of past unresolved trauma. Your therapist will be trained in Bodywork, Hakomi or Somatic therapies.
Family Constellations Therapy
Online or in-person, this session will help you with unresolved issue that may be having a negative effect on you from your family system. This includes intergenerational healing.
Energy Healing session
In-person only, this session works on the energy field of your body. It can help alleviate physical and emotional pain and provide breakthrough where unresolved trauma is blocked.
